Larry Keeley: “Innovation Summit, Chicago 2009″
On 21st of may the the innovation summit brought together influential innovation experts, business executives, academics and government leaders to discuss innovation and accelerate Chicagoland’s development as a globally recognized center for innovation.
The Summit was a full day of innovation education, tools, case studies, demonstrations, and networking. Now in its third year, the summit continued to focus on creating and sustaining an innovation culture and establishing recognition of the region for leading the innovation imperative on a global scale.
Larry is a thirty-year veteran of the innovation and strategy discipline. As president of Doblin Inc., he has helped dozens of global firms envision transformational innovation opportunities and plans, including Aetna, American Express, Amoco, Apple, Baxter, Citigroup, Coca-Cola, Consignia, Diageo, Ford, GE, Hallmark, McDonald’s, Monsanto, Motorola, Novartis, Pfizer, Shell, Steelcase, Target, Texas Instruments, WellPoint, Whirlpool, and Zurich Financial Services. He is also an active contributor to the city of Chicago, among other things serving on the board of Chicago Public Radio, where he has charted a strategy for possibly the most innovative public radio station in the U.S.
